Southwestern Turkey Burgers

I came across this recipe on the back of the Jenny-O Turkey Burgers box.  It's simple, tasty, and low in fat!

Grill the turkey burgers according to the package directions.  Toast the burger buns (or throw them on the Foreman grill like I did for 3 minutes.)  Mix together 1/2 cup of lite sour cream and also 1 teaspoon of taco mix to make a spread for the buns.  Top the burgers with a slice of cheese, 2 tablespoons of your favorite salsa (we love mango salsa) and build the burger!

8 points per burger (includes low fat cheese and bun)
